#5 Changes to my study programme

 Hello my friends, this is my last blog so I'm going to miss you a lot. Today I'm going to talk about my study programme and what I think needs a change. I study Arts in the University of Chile, and I'm in my last semester, I've been in this University a long time so I think I know what it feels like to be a student here. This University has a system that each faculty is independent from each other, and that happens to be a problem, because you can see a big difference between every faculty in terms of budget, infrastructure and resources. This happens because each faculty depends on what each generates, so the faculty of economics is very big and luxury, meanwhile the faculty of arts is very precarious. This is the origin of lots of other problems that has to do with infraestructure so changing this system the University would be more unified and there would not be so much diference between facultys and opportunities. 

If I have to change something more specific from my study programme, I would like that the University could have more conection with the outside world of art, for example more conectons with galeries, museums and work oportunities for the students. I think that how is today is a bubble, and when the students graduate they realize they don't have the tools to work, because the study programme didn't taught them anything related to that. But there has been changes in this matter, so I have good expectations for the future. Good Bye friends!!!!

#4 Time to past or future

 Hello my readers, today I'm going to talk about time travel. Is weird to me to think about this topic because i never thaught something like that could happen, and thinking about travelling to the future makes me feel unconfortable, because I don't know what I could find there, maybe the earth will not be a good place to live anymore because of the climate change, the wars, the pollution, etc. The humanity today is crazy, so that makes me think that there will not be a future for us. So where would I go? i don't even know since I don't think the future will be a happy place to be.  

Because of what I just wrote, I would rather travel to the past, maybe i would go to places that interest me from history, like the pirates from wherever they're from, or I would go to the prehistoric time, to see the real dinosaurs and since I'm interested in art, I would love to visit the caverns where the prehistoric people used to draw in the walls, because that's considered the origin of art. 

But if a think again about this question, I believe is better to try to correct the mistakes from the past so there can be a better future, and time travel is the perfect way to do that. Since I'm from Chile, I wuold like to travel to the year 1986, the year that the assault to Augusto Pinochet from the Frente Patriótico Manuel Rodriguez happened and failed. The assault failed because the rocket they fired didn't exploted, so I would like to travel to that time to let the Frente Patriótico Manuel Rodriguez know that they need to check the rocket before the assault, so it would be succesfull. Maybe this could have changed the curse of history or maybe not, but Augusto Pinochet would have paid for what he did. 

#3 Dream Job

 Hello my friends, today I'm gonna talk about the job of my dreams. The truth is that I don't really like the idea of work, but if I have to choose my dream job, it wuold be being the owner of a restaurant, because I really love that industry and I love making delicious food. The first restaurant that comes to my mind when I think about my own restaurant, is one that is small so I can have everything under control and I can be in peace while I design and cook the meals. A restaurant like this, wuold have a lot of style and it wuold have a yard with a beautiful grapevine that covers the tables from the sun. The menu wuold be simple but every dish will be unique and made with selected ingridients, so it will be famous for this. The drinks wuold also be very special, because all wuold be artesanal products that we make in the restaurant ourselves. For examble, my favorite wuold be an macerated made from celery and schnapps, a very old recipe from my family. Another very important thing from this restaurant, wuold be the music. I wuold like that every week at least once, there wuold be live music. This wuold help the ambient for the restaurant be more interesting for the costumers. Having this restaurant wuold be my dream job, and I hope I can achieve this one day. Wuold you come? See you there in the future. Bye. 

#2 Best concert ever

 Hello my readers, in the blog of this day I'm gonna tell you about the best concert that I have gone. I haven't been to many concerts in my life so is easy to choose one. It was last year, primavera sound 2022, and I wanted to go because Bjork was going to be there, and I love her music so much. I didn't buy the ticket because I didn't have enough money for that (it was really expensive), so I tried to get it for free. I went to the Cerrillos bicentenary park with a friend and his brother, but we didn't have luck, the park had a lot of private security and cops guarding the perimeter. When I thought my luck had run out and I was leaving, a random friend of my childhood greeted me. We started to talk and I told him about my attempts to enter in the concert, then he gave me his ticket, because he didn't use it because his girlfriend was scammed with a false ticket, and he didn't want to enter alone. So I ran to the entry and I managed to hear and see Bjork and many other artists for free, it was really amazing. Good bye!!

#1 A country you would like to visit

Welcome back to my blog, today I'm going to talk about Italy, because is the country that I would like to visit. Italy is a little country with a boot shape of Europe. Located in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, is a peninsula, whit a lot of coasts and beaches. The main reason why I would like to visit Italy is because I really love the gastronomy,

My day

Hi, today I'm going to talk about my day. It has not been very good because im ill, i have a lot of throat pain and cough. I woke up at 8:00 am, took a shower and drank a black tea with a lot of ginger, then I went to MAVI (museum), to take a tour of the new exposure with my class. After that, like 11:30 am, I came back to my house and wrote a few things for the university. At 14:00 pm aprox I had Lunch cazuela that was left over from yesterday with my mom, then I lay on my bed, and watched a chapter of an anime with another tea. I took a nap because a I don't felt very well and i i woke up one hour later, then I washed the dishes and finished a few things for the university. At 17:45 I put on warmer clothes and came to the university for write this to you guys!! A little boring my story but my brain is not running at 100% today... See you!

Food

Well, I don't have a favorite food, but I really like to cook and eat, so I'm going to talk about what I ate yesterday. I prepared pizza, but I took this really seriously, so I began to make the dough two days before I cooked the pizza. The day before yesterday I prepared this pizza dough with my sourdough, divided it in three parts, and fermented in the refrigerator for forty eight hours, after that time the dough takes a really good flavor. I make two types of pizza, one like Margherita, tomato sauce, vegan cheese (because I'm vegan), olives, some mushrooms and pesto; And the other with sauce, vegan cheese, red roasted pepper,  very thin sliced zucchini and capers. Both of them are very good, but the first is a classic and with a good reason. I have a wood oven so the pizzas acquire a special flavor and are ready very fast. I ate these pizzas with my girlfriend and my mother, they had a great success!
