Food

Well, I don't have a favorite food, but I really like to cook and eat, so I'm going to talk about what I ate yesterday. I prepared pizza, but I took this really seriously, so I began to make the dough two days before I cooked the pizza. The day before yesterday I prepared this pizza dough with my sourdough, divided it in three parts, and fermented in the refrigerator for forty eight hours, after that time the dough takes a really good flavor. I make two types of pizza, one like Margherita, tomato sauce, vegan cheese (because I'm vegan), olives, some mushrooms and pesto; And the other with sauce, vegan cheese, red roasted pepper,  very thin sliced zucchini and capers. Both of them are very good, but the first is a classic and with a good reason. I have a wood oven so the pizzas acquire a special flavor and are ready very fast. I ate these pizzas with my girlfriend and my mother, they had a great success!
